Gillian Sheffer

Senior Osteopath BSc Ost

Gillian came to osteopathy after a personal injury while working as a massage therapist, and has been practising for more than twenty years. She brings a methodical, structural approach to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and also offers shockwave therapy for trickier tendon problems.

Reno Pelekanou

Registered Osteopath M.Ost

Reno qualified with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy in 2020 and takes a hands-on approach to treatment. Working across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, he has developed a particular interest in complex pain, and draws on mindfulness techniques alongside manual therapy to support patients where stress, anxiety, or trauma is part of the picture.

Naomi Nekesa

Registered Osteopath M.Ost

Naomi Nekesa is an osteopath who came to the profession via yoga teaching and sports massage, bringing a genuinely movement-focused perspective to her work. She practises as a structural osteopath with a particular interest in sports injuries, running-related problems, and rehabilitation, drawing on her Reformer Pilates training and functional movement CPD to build exercise plans that complement hands-on treatment. Runners, athletes, and people who want to understand their bodies as well as fix them tend to find her a great fit.

Mollie Tappenden

Registered Osteopath M.Ost

Mollie is a general osteopath who treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in pre and postnatal care and women's health. She is a certified Mummy MOT practitioner, integrates cranial techniques throughout her work, and draws on her Pilates instructor background to support patients with exercise and rehabilitation advice.

Lilou Convert

Registered Osteopath M.Ost

Lilou specialises in women's health and paediatric care, with a particular focus on pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and treating babies and young children. She combines cranial and traditional osteopathy with lymphatic drainage, and is also the person keeping everything running behind the scenes as our Practice Manager.

Marta Vacca

Senior Osteopath M.Ost

Marta Vacca is an Italian-trained osteopath whose gentle, holistic approach draws on fascial, cranial, and visceral techniques. She has a particular interest in women's health and paediatric care, with specialist training in the Mummy MOT®, pelvic floor work, and techniques for babies and children. She consults in English and Italian.

Reinhard Erk

Registered Osteopath M.Ost

Reinhard Erk is an osteopath who qualified from The Health Science University in 2025. He treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in supporting active patients and those recovering from surgery. He also speaks German.

Sonia has been practising massage for over twenty years, combining ITEC training with specialist techniques using forearms, elbows, and legs developed through the 4Elements Company. She takes time to understand what each person needs before she begins, and has a particular talent for releasing deep tension in the back, shoulders, and neck.

Nigel Gilderson

Massage Therapist

Nigel Gilderson is a massage therapist who came to his practice through firsthand experience of what bodywork can do. Trained in deep tissue and Thai yoga massage, he brings a calm, intuitive approach to releasing tension, and is particularly good with the back, neck and shoulder problems that build up from too much time at a desk.

Dahnen Murdanaigum is a Massage Therapist with more than fifteen years of experience. He offers a full range of massage techniques and is also a certified functional movement specialist, with a real talent for identifying the root causes of pain rather than just easing the symptoms. Warm and thoroughly curious about the human body, he brings genuine interest to every appointment.

Massage Therapist

Gosia is a dedicated sport therapist at with a Level 3 qualification in Sport Therapy and a Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy and Clinical and Remedial Sport Massage, both from esteemed institutions in London. Her holistic approach considers the individual as a whole, using techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and myofascial work to tailor each treatment. Recently, she has incorporated cupping into her practice, finding it effective for relieving deep-seated tension.

Donika trained in both Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, and is currently completing a degree in Physiotherapy, which means she brings Eastern and Western thinking together in a way that's genuinely rare. Her approach is calm, holistic, and tailored to you.

Alice Brooke

Acupuncturist

Alice trained at the Northern College of Acupuncture and brings a background that spans community acupuncture, disability support, and a career as a practising artist. She works across a broad range of conditions, with a particular interest in fertility and pregnancy care, and uses cupping, moxa, and electroacupuncture alongside acupuncture in her treatments.

Lola Boix

Acupuncturist

Lola Boix is an acupuncturist with 26 years of experience and a background spanning NHS hospitals, GP surgeries, and community health settings. She has a particular passion for women's health and fertility, and takes a collaborative approach to treatment, helping patients understand what's driving their condition and empowering them to play an active role in their own recovery. Lola also sees patients in Spanish and Catalan.

Nathan is a physiotherapist with an international background spanning elite sport, private hospitals and community health across Australia and the UK. He combines an evidence-based approach with a knack for making complex conditions feel manageable, building practical plans whether you're easing everyday aches or working back from injury.
