Yes, all our prices include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden charges or additional fees for any of our treatments.
Do you offer concessions or discounts?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for NHS staff, teachers, and emergency services personnel (valid ID required). We also have special rates for seniors and students - please ask at reception for details.
How long are treatment packages valid for?
Our treatment packages are typically valid for 3-6 months from the date of purchase, depending on the specific package. This gives you plenty of time to schedule your treatments at intervals that work for you.
Can I get a refund if I don't use all sessions in a package?
Treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
Are your gift vouchers the same price as your treatments?
Yes, our gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or monetary values that match our pricing structure. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
