These terms cover your use of the website itself. They do not form a contract for clinical treatment. Your agreement to receive treatment, and any terms specific to that treatment, are handled separately when you book an appointment.

3. Use of this website

This website is provided for general information about Brixton Therapy Centre, our treatments, our team, and how to book an appointment. 4. Booking appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, by telephone, or in person. When you book an appointment, you are entering into a separate agreement with Brixton Therapy Centre for the provision of treatment, which is governed by the specific arrangements confirmed at the time of booking rather than by these website terms.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in your therapist's day that could have been filled by another patient. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, the full fee will be charged to the card on file. Payment is taken within 24 hours of the appointment, if it has not already been collected.

5. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different patient. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used against any treatment we offer.

6. Website content is general information only

The content on this website, including information about treatments, conditions, and symptoms, is provided for general information purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for an individual assessment by one of our practitioners.
