7. How long we keep your information

We retain patient and client records for 8 years from the date of your last treatment. For children and young people, we retain records for 8 years or until they reach the age of 25, whichever is longer. This applies across all our treatments, including osteopathy, physiotherapy, massage, and acupuncture.

For website enquiries that do not lead to a booking, and for newsletter sign-ups, we keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to remove it.
