Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm not sure which treatment I need?
Not sure where to begin? You're in good company. A useful starting point is to think about what you're dealing with: physical pain or injury, stress and tension, a specific health condition, or something tied to a particular life stage like pregnancy or the postnatal period. If you're still not sure, give us a call or drop us an email and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Can I see more than one therapist, or combine treatments?
Yes, absolutely. Plenty of our patients do exactly that, whether it's pairing osteopathy with massage, or acupuncture alongside physiotherapy. Our practitioners are used to working alongside each other and can coordinate when that's useful. That said, we'd always recommend letting your therapist guide the timing and combination of treatments, as the last thing we want is for you to feel sore from doing too much at once.
