Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full charge. No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards and are a cashless clinic. For packages, full payment is required at the time of purchase. We may accept cash in exceptional circumstances, please call to arrange.
Insurance
Many of our treatments are covered by health insurance providers but we do not accept AXA or BUPA due to their unsustainably low payment fees. We can provide receipts for insurance claims, but payment is required at the time of treatment.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden charges or additional fees for any of our treatments.
Do you offer concessions or discounts?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for NHS staff, teachers, and emergency services personnel (valid ID required). We also have special rates for seniors and students - please ask at reception for details.
How long are treatment packages valid for?
Our treatment packages are typically valid for 3-6 months from the date of purchase, depending on the specific package. This gives you plenty of time to schedule your treatments at intervals that work for you.
Can I get a refund if I don't use all sessions in a package?
Treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
Are your gift vouchers the same price as your treatments?
Yes, our gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or monetary values that match our pricing structure. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
