Kenlyn Stewart

Osteopath M.Ost

Qualifications and registration

Kenlyn holds a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) from Health Sciences University, qualifying in 2026. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), has completed additional training in dry needling, and also holds a cupping therapy qualification from her earlier career as a massage therapist.

Kenlyn spent almost a decade working as a massage therapist before training as an osteopath, and that hands-on background shows in how she works: intuitive, unhurried, and always looking at the whole person rather than just where it hurts. She qualified with a Master of Osteopathy from Health Sciences University in 2026, with a developing interest in persistent pain and working with older adults.

She treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions, working collaboratively with each patient and blending hands-on treatment with education so people understand their own bodies. She is especially drawn to patients after lasting change rather than a quick fix. Cupping and dry needling both feature in her toolkit, dry needling always talked through with you first rather than booked directly, and she draws on breathwork training to help anxious patients settle into treatment.

Outside the clinic, Kenlyn is a qualified personal trainer with a background in competitive powerlifting, and she mentors trainee practitioners as a practice educator. When she is not working, she is usually reading, swimming, dancing, or at a gig.

"I enjoy having the opportunity to understand the person, not simply a physical issue. I believe the body has a great capacity to adapt, recover and find its way to function better with the right support. Working with the process and helping people understand their bodies better, with confidence, is so rewarding."
