Lilou Convert
Osteopath M.Ost (Distinction) and Practice Manager
Qualifications and registration
M.Ost with Distinction, University College of Osteopathy (2021). Also qualified in Western Medical Acupuncture. Registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
Lilou qualified from University College of Osteopathy in 2021 with distinction, and alongside her clinical work she keeps the whole clinic ticking as our Practice Manager. She treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, but has developed a particular passion for women's health and paediatric care over the years.
That specialism grew through dedicated training, first under the guidance of a paediatric mentor, then through formal CPD coursework. What emerged from that process is a perspective she now brings to every appointment in this area: that a mother's health and a baby's health are closely linked, and that caring for one means caring for the other.
In the treatment room, she works with a blend of cranial and traditional osteopathy alongside manual lymphatic drainage, always choosing the combination that fits the person in front of her. She has a particular focus on pelvic health as part of her broader specialism in women's health across all stages of life.
Outside the clinic, Lilou dances salsa and is teaching herself to sew. Both feel fitting for someone who thinks as carefully about what bodies can do as she does about what they need. She also speaks French and conversational Spanish.
