Linda Mills
Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, Shiatsu & Tui Na Practitioner
Linda is a highly experienced and passionate practitioner, blending her expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, and Tui Na with a strong commitment to supporting her clients’ well-being.
She began her journey by training in Shiatsu Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Counselling, graduating in 1998 from the Ki Kai Shiatsu Centre (now based at Morley College, Lambeth North).
Her dedication to helping others led her to specialise further, completing Suzanne Yates’ Pregnancy, Birth and Baby Shiatsu course. Linda not only supports women through fertility and pregnancy but also trains birth partners in using Shiatsu for pain relief during labour and provides a tailored Third Trimester Pregnancy Pack.
In 2016, Linda earned a degree in Acupuncture, Western Medicine, Therapeutic Relationships, and Research. Her work extended into autistic centres, where she explored how acupuncture and Shiatsu points benefit autistic children, while also developing an interest in how massage supports wound healing and the immune system. By 2020, she completed her Master’s in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster, focusing on stroke recovery and skin healing.
Linda’s wealth of experience spans a wide variety of health concerns, including menstrual disorders, menopause, pregnancy, paediatrics, autism, stroke rehabilitation, mental health challenges, musculoskeletal pain, and skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. She empowers her clients with practical tools to improve their fitness, health, and overall outlook on life.
Her interest in holistic well-being is complemented by her love for yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi, which she incorporates into her practice.
Linda has also been a dedicated community health advocate, working in hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centres, and community spaces. She’s passionate about promoting complementary therapies and has organised free Shiatsu clinics, supported local health initiatives, and mentored new practitioners.
Whether it’s Shiatsu, acupuncture, or Chinese herbs, Linda’s goal is to bring positive change to her clients’ lives, offering thoughtful and compassionate care. She’s a member of the British Acupuncture Council, the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine, and the Shiatsu Society, ensuring her practice meets the highest standards.
