Reno earned his Masters in Osteopathy with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy and has even been published in the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine, where he explored understanding patients’ pain. Before that, he completed a BA Honours degree in Drama & Film, giving him a unique perspective on connecting with people.

Reno treats a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries—focusing on pain relief, biomechanics, and exercise rehab—to chronic pain and arthritis. He also works with patients dealing with stress or anxiety-related postural tension and complex pain syndromes, often incorporating breathing techniques and body relaxation into treatment.

His approach is tailored to each individual, drawing on techniques like soft tissue work, manipulations, muscle energy techniques, medical acupuncture, dry needling, sports rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

Reno is passionate about helping patients feel reassured and supported as they navigate their journey back to health.

Outside of work, Reno loves traveling, staying fit, practicing mindfulness, and experimenting in the kitchen with his cooking skills!
