Qualifications and registration

Gosia holds a VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Sport Therapist qualification with  Merit from the School of Natural Therapies, London (2024), and completed  a Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy and Clinical and Remedial Sport  Massage at ISRM Training Centre and the School of Natural Therapies in  2025. She is a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage  (ISRM).

Gosia was always drawn to alternatives. The idea that pain could be addressed  not just through conventional medicine but through hands-on bodywork,  tailored to the individual, had resonated with her long before she  started training. That instinct led her to the School of Natural  Therapies in London, where she qualified as a sport therapist in 2024.  She went straight back the following year to complete a Level 5 in Soft  Tissue Therapy and Clinical and Remedial Sport Massage, and the fact  that she did speaks to how seriously she takes the craft.

In the treatment room, her approach is genuinely holistic. She is  thinking about the whole person, not just the part that hurts. She works  with neuromuscular techniques and trigger point therapy, muscle energy  techniques, soft tissue release, and myofascial work, drawing on  whichever combination suits the person in front of her. She recently  added cupping to her toolkit after completing a specialist course, and  has found it a valuable addition for releasing deep tension and  improving how people feel day to day. She works particularly well with  physically active people, from regular athletes to those returning to  exercise after an injury or a long break, as well as people carrying the  kind of persistent muscle tightness that builds up from intense work,  physical strain, or stress.

Outside the clinic, Gosia swims, visits galleries, tends her garden,  and says she genuinely enjoys chatting to new people, which comes  through in the treatment room too. She is also, impressively, a student  of four languages: alongside her native Polish she speaks Russian and is  currently learning both Spanish and Vietnamese. An unusual detail, and a  telling one.
