Donika is a highly qualified and experienced acupuncturist, passionate about improving health and wellbeing through the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She graduated with honours in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture from Middlesex University in London in 2016 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster to further deepen her clinical expertise.

She has worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings, gaining valuable experience supporting people with a wide range of conditions, including:

• Musculoskeletal and joint pain

• Stress, anxiety, and sleep issues

• Women’s health concerns such as menstrual pain, fertility support, and menopause

• Headaches and migraines

• Digestive imbalances and sensitivities

• Allergies and skin conditions

Donika takes a holistic and compassionate approach, carefully tailoring each treatment to the individual by considering not only physical symptoms but also emotional and lifestyle factors that may be affecting health.

More recently, she has begun training in physiotherapy, motivated by her desire to blend Eastern wisdom with Western evidence-based care. This integrated approach allows her to offer thoughtful, personalised treatment that supports long-term healing and resilience.
