Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield in 2014 before going on to complete his master’s degree in Physiotherapy at King’s College London in 2018.

With a strong passion for sports medicine, Chris has gained experience in a variety of settings. He’s worked in academy football, with senior UK American Football teams, and provided sports massage at events like the London Marathon. These days, he also brings his expertise to the NHS.

Chris takes a thorough and holistic approach to care, using detailed musculoskeletal assessments to guide exercise-based and hands-on treatments. His focus is always on helping patients achieve their goals while offering advice to prevent future injuries.

He has extensive experience working with post-operative rehabilitation, occupational and sports-related injuries, and managing persistent pain, ensuring his patients receive well-rounded and effective care.
