Mollie Tappenden
Registered Osteopath

Mollie was awarded a Masters in Osteopathy with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy.

Mollie is experienced in treating all types of patients from different walks of life, including sports people, pre and postnatal women, office workers, manual labourers and the elderly. Consequently she is able to treat many different musculoskeletal conditions.

Mollie is calm and caring, with a person-centred approach, meaning she listens to the patients story and tailors each session to the individual.

She believes that a combination of manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education are key factors to recovery. When treating patients Mollie will always show you ways to prevent the problem recurring, as well as managing the initial problem.

Mollie is also a trained Pilates instructor, and where necessary will incorporate her experience and knowledge of this into the treatment plan.

Mollie is fascinated by the body and how it works, so after leaving a desk-based job it was an easy decision for her to begin a career where she could help those with musculoskeletal complaints.

Outside of work and studies, Mollie loves to be active and enjoys trekking, travelling, swimming, Pilates and running.
