Eleanor is an Osteopathy student with excellent skills in Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Technique (MET) combined with Trigger Points work and Stretching.

 

With 5 years in the wholistic and therapeutic treatment industry, Eleanor initially trained in organic medicine and Naturopathy, but wanting to bring a more physical aspect to treatment she trained in massage therapies. Eleanor is also currently completing her masters in Osteopathy.

This combination of multiple therapies brings a extensive understanding of the bodys integral function and anatomy.
