Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is not about 'treating symptoms' but instead focuses on examining possible root causes and readdressing balance within the body, in order to restore optimum health.
Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.
It can be used on its own, or alongside any other therapies. Your nutritionist is able to work alongside your GP or specialist consultant in the ongoing management of your condition or equally another health practitioner in the field of complementary and alternative medicine.
Schedule online. It's easy, fast and secure.

What to expect from a Nutritional Therapy consultation?
Shortly after booking your initial consultation, you will receive a confidential questionnaire by email. This will ask a range of questions relating to your current health status and diet, and provides useful information in order to maximise your time in the initial consultation. During the first session, which normally lasts 60-90 minutes, a thorough case history is taken to build up a detailed picture of your health.
After the consultation a summary will be emailed to you, alongside an eating programme which will fit practically into your lifestyle. To maximise the programme a few carefully selected supplements will usually be suggested as well as some simple lifestyle recommendations.
Follow up appointments will allow assessment of your progress and to make any adjustments. These usually take place 4-6 weeks apart. The number of consultations you need is dependent on your current health status but one to three follow ups are normally required depending on the individual case.
£70 per session | £95 initial consultation
