Libby has trained in modern-day techniques for Clinical Sport and Remedial massage graduating at Regent's University in 2017 at level 6, highest honours. Her enthusiasm for health and well-being offers a new-look at the rehabilitation of soft tissue through the use of instruments IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation).
Libby was an avid marathon runner for 6 years, raising awareness for Cancer Research and Scope. She decided to put a pause on her marathon training in 2012 to focus on helping others on their sports related injuries. This has led her to take her once hobby to a professional level and now runs her own business as well as spending time at our centre.
"I’m a Clinical & Remedial Massage Therapist, my experience includes treating runners & leading teams of therapists at The London Marathon, pre-Covid offering work place massage to companies wishing to treat their employees in the City of London and treating clients with long standing health conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease".
