Member of the Association of Reflexologists
Susie is a Reflexologist and Indian head masseuse, who firmly believes that all aspects of life must be considered and appreciated in order to reach optimum health and well being. When treating clients she ensures all lifestyle factors are taken into account and tailors each treatment accordingly, always placing an emphasis on relaxation. Using programmes tailored to the individual, each treatment is concentrated on those areas of the body most in need of assistance, promoting deep relaxation and rest.
Using reflexology and indian head massage, Susie treats a wide range of ailments including hormone imbalance, stress management, sleep disorders, bowel problems and allergies. Susie specialises in fertility, pregnancy and post-natal care reflexology.
Susie held a number of unfulfilling jobs before taking some time out and traveling knowing there must be more to life! On returning she trained as a reflexologist and went on to study Indian head massage. Susie has always held a deep interest in alternative therapy and draws on her health reading, from her yoga practice and background as a work station assessor in order to work with clients and provide them with a complete picture of how they may achieve their goals. Susie’s approach is very holistic and she often gives ‘homework’ such as stimulation of hand reflexes to consolidate work done during treatments.
Susie continually undertakes professional development and training and has assistant tutored at the London School of Reflexology helping trainee reflexologists perfect techniques.
Susie studied at the London School of Reflexology and qualified in:
- level 3 diploma in foot reflexology
- post graduate certificate in advanced spinal reflexology
- reflexology diploma in preconception, pregnancy & post natal care
- diploma in advanced hand reflexology
- diploma in indian head massage (ITEC head massage sequence)
