Margherita Tessarin

Maria Margherita Tessarin has studied and been practicing massage and yoga for over ten years. She is also a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner and an expert therapist after having attended a three year degree course at Thames Valley University in London and completed her studies in India and Germany.

She trained in India at Arsha Peetha Vidhya Trust in Coimbatore at S.D.M Ayurvedic College and Hospital in Udupi and in Pune (India) in Ingolstadt (Germany).

She has been practicing Ayurveda for years as an Ayurvedic Therapist, combining successfully food and lifestyle with a variety of therapies according to the patients constitution or problems.

She offers Ayurvedic consultations, providing diet and lifestyle advices and treatments to relieve stress, detoxify and rejuvenate the body.

She has also been trained to become a doula and she offers pregnancy massage, prenatal and postnatal care according to the Ayurvedic tradition.
