What happens when you see a nutritional therapist?
You will complete a questionnaire prior to the initial consultation, you may be asked to seek medical advice to investigate any underlying disease. The first consultation will include a detailed overview of your current health problems, medical and family history, a dietary analysis and lifestyle factors.
You will receive a personalised dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplement programme. Where appropriate, laboratory tests will be recommended such as hair mineral analysis, hormone panel test, digestive analysis, food intolerance to name but a few.
Follow-up consultations are usually advised to assess progress, make adjustments and provide motivational support.
