Tai Chi
Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung exercises are gentle to perform and
re-energising. Initially we learn about letting go of negatives, and
creative ways to transform the tensions in our lives. The exercises
connect to the heart, body, mind and spirit. More advanced work
connects with the 7 Rainbow colours. The focus is on cultivating the
loving chi energy, or life force. The result of this includes greater
health and happiness and can bring so many wonderful and positive
things into your life.
Below are brief descriptions of Rainbow Tai Chi subjects.

The practise of Rainbow Tai Chi has many benefits for health and
general well-being. You can benefit from just one session. However
the deeper you go into this practise the more benefits you will
receive. I recommend a number of sessions initially. For some people
this study lasts for several years, for others their whole lifetime.
The chi energy is the key to good health, emotional balance and to
healing illness.
Rainbow tai chi can help students to find their own creativity
through self knowledge and humour, and learn creative ways to deal
with stress. By studying the fundamental exercises you will have a
powerful set of tools which you can practise every day to help you
throughout the rest of your life.
Rainbow Tai Chi practises do not include self-defense or martial arts.
We are interested in defeating the internal self-sabotageing selves.
Kung means study and Chi is the life force - therefore we are studying
the life-force or chi energy.
Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung can help with many health and personal
problems, these are some examples:
Arthritis
Diabetes
ME
MS
Depression and other illnesses
IBS and other digestive problems
Back problems
Heart problem
Anxiety
Childhood trauma
Insomnia and sleep disorders
Asthma
Fatigue syndromes

... however, you do not need to be ill to benefit from Tai Chi.
Please note benefits are always dependent on the receptivity of the
student and their humility to learn. No guarantees can be given,
and each person takes responsibility for their own health and
wellbeing under the guidance of the teacher.
People in good health also benefit greatly from Chi Kung and Tai Chi.
